Why did we start?
We watched for years as a small business pays €500 for a website, then sees it sit unchanged for 6 months because the agency stops returning calls. The booking plugin breaks. Photos go stale. The phone outside the restaurant rings unanswered on a Friday night.
So we built a different model. The website is only part of the bundle. Everything else — social media, reservations, local SEO — runs on the same monthly fee. No agency contract, no hidden costs, no waiting for meetings.
We're called bezsajta.rs ("without a website" in Serbian) because that's our target audience — businesses without a site. After 3 months of working with us, the name no longer fits. That's the good news.
